Keys to Good Tenancy is a training that provides individuals with the knowledge to be good tenants.
Why should I attend?
Have you ever had a hard time finding a place to rent? Do you understand your rights as a renter? Have you ever been overwhelmed by what it means to rent an apartment?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, this training may be for you! Keys to Good Tenancy will teach you a wide range of skills to help prepare you for renting a house or an apartment and being a good tenant. Topics include setting a budget, finding a place to rent, understanding your rights as a renter, and maintaining your home. Graduates of the training will receive a Certificate of Completion.
