 Hi! My name is Robert Glance, and I am proud to be an original Aikinite.  My wife, Cheryl and I have three grown children (two still live in Aiken) and five grandchildren (all in Aiken).  I graduated High School from Aiken High in 1981 and college from The University of South Carolina (Columbia) in 1985.

I have spent the last 35 years primarily in the insurance industry helping folks prepare for the future.  I currently serve as Senior Field Underwriter for Symmetry Financial Group and The Glance Agency where I provide financial services and planning through insurance products as well as train other agents to become independent.  A number of years ago I found my love for cooking and now own a small catering company as well.  I really only cook for family, friends and Church, but it is a fun passion for me.

I began attending South Aiken Presbyterian Church in 1967 and have been a member since.  I have been fortunate to find many ways to serve at SAPC and am so blessed to be part of that family.  I am very excited to be part of Family Promise and excited to see how we can make an impact in Aiken.
